Sophie's first day of Ballet lessons and she couldn't have been more excited. On the way to class she kept saying.."Mom I'm finally big enough to go to ballet". She has waited a long time for this day.

Country Music Fest '10

We had a blast at CMA fest this year!! I was lucky to have the Rabe girls (-Jill.. we sure missed her) come out for it. The whole weekend we went to concerts nightly (with killer seats thanks to Ben) and played during the day in the HOT HOT weather. My Mother-in-law was so cute at the concerts, she danced the entire time. We had such a good time! We loved having you guys here!! Thanks for coming! It makes Utah feel so much closer when we have you guys here!!

We subjected our babies to downtown during the hottest time of day and they were so good..I have never seen babies eat ice cream faster than these two.

Thanks Ben and Blake for watching the kids while we went out nightly. We owe them a guys trip.

rOSeMaRY BeACh, FL

Our family had a wonderful time at Rosemary Beach. We rented a cute little beach house within walking distance to everything and Sophie called it her "new home" (I could only wish). We enjoyed ridding our bikes around the charming town, loved eating fresh fish, nightly indulged at the Sugar Shack, went on some nice morning runs with the girls, Sophie loved gathering ALL the seashells out of the ocean, learned to Yolo, had fun at the kids carnival, got to go on 2 romantic dates (thanks Nicole), went shopping at the outlets, had a blast hanging out with our favoirte families -Rich's and Critchlow's... Plus we were lucky to have Ben's sister Nicole and McKell join us this year so it was extra good company! This will defintely be an annual trip. I already want to go back to the white sugar sand beach and crystal clear water. Can't beat the beach!!

nine months

Where did the time go? Graham is growing so fast and we can't get enough of him.

Here is what the boy has been up to:
-started crawling
-says mammma!! and occasionally dada
-has 2 bottom teeth and 2 top teeth
-hates baby food..he likes the real food
-Sophie and Graham have been sharing a room and the sweetest sound is when we put them to bed at night and we can hear them giggling and Soph saying "graham it's time to go to sleep buddy."
-is obsessed with any type of ball
-just started fake laughing (anytime anyone laughs he starts..pretty cute)
-is already too big for his carseat
-all and all he is a really good baby with a sweet personality, we are so happy to have him in our family.

UT Visit

never get sick of this sight out of my parents home.

Soph helped my mom plant the garden, she kept watering, and watering and watering the plants. They should hopefully grow.

Beus pond

We had a cookout with the Rabe's, Crowell's and Beagleys. It was so fun!
Our trip went by way to fast, we hope to come again this summer and hopefully Ben can join us.

Ogden half Marathon

While I was in UT I ran the half marathon with my girls. It was such a beautiful run with lots of familiar faces... it made me miss Ogden so much. It was a perfect day!

girls trip '10

For our girls trip this year Ash planned it, and we went to Las Vegas. It was the perfect trip..nice weather, lots of shopping, eating, running (not sure if I would recommend running on the strip), fabulous hotel with killer pool and of course great company. It's so refreshing getting together. After graduating 10 years ago it seems like some things haven't changed at all. I have been so blessed with such amazing friends, I look up to them all in so many ways. Thanks girls for the fun trip! I am already looking forward to next year.
